
I admit it: I miss my goat cheese already. I’m sure that I’ve gone days and days as a vegan in recent times without it even occurring to me, but what is it about something being “forbidden” that makes it all the more appealing??
In the midst of goat cheese longings however, I have had a recent surge of creative recipe inspiration that I’m very excited to experiment with and share here. Yesterday on the airplane I had so many ideas that I kept jotting down as they came to me throughout the flight. Poor passengers must have wondered what was wrong with the crazy Flight Attendant who kept stopping, mid trash pick-up, to giddily start scribbling on a napkin!

Ooooh, stewp!! I must admit, I have it several times per week…it just never gets old! This week I added local squash, zucchini, turnips and brussel sprouts! So yum!!
