What I Ate Wednesday

Well hello! This is actually What I Ate Tuesday, delivered to you on a Wednesday. Britney and I are leaving tomorrow for a weekend in St. Louis, I don’t have anything interesting planned but I may try and post a recipe or two that I have stashed away for such an occasion.

Eats:

16 oz carrot/romaine juice with 16 oz spring water plus vanilla stevia and pumpkin pie spice (with a probiotic)

16 oz carrot juice with 16 oz spring water plus a wheatgrass cube, vanilla stevia, and pumpkin pie spice

Nori wraps with carrot pulp, 1/2 an avocado, baby spinach, lemon, cayenne, and coconut aminos.

And a couple ounces of this stevia-sweetened dark chocolate which I LOVED the taste of but was not thrilled with all of the ingredients so I probably won’t buy it often. After trying it though, I would like to sample some other stevia-sweetened bars.
