Happy Wednesday! Thank you all SO much for your sweet comments on the engagement, they have brought many smiles to this household
How goes the Sugar-Free Challenge? I’ve been doing quite well even with some minor “slip-ups”. I am feeling infinitely thankful for stevia-sweetened chocolates.
Today:
24 oz. spring water with food-grade hydrogen peroxide and a little lemon stevia (I’ve been taking the peroxide all throughout the sugar detox).

16 oz. carrot/romaine juice with NuNaturals Cocoa Extract and Vanilla Stevia

24 oz. Creamed Green Juice* with some carrot sticks and fresh raw corn

Pre-dinner snack of more carrot sticks and raw corn on the cob.
Massive salad with (let’s see if I can remember everything) baby spinach, raw corn, green onions, garlic, cucumber, steamed broccoli cooked in tomato sauce, steamed beets, nutritional yeast, coconut aminos, sugar-free maple, apple cider vinegar mustard, and Italian Seasoning.

Mini Eggplant White Pizzas*

A couple ounces of 100% cacao bar, melted with some vanilla stevia

*Recipes to come.

This has nothing to do with food…I love the Ninja Turtle glass!
Looking forward to the recipes to come.
I’m doing well on sugar free. Still want to add in Candigone or peroxide. Where do they sell the 3% food grade from?
I get it at my health food store!
Hi Rande, In the photo, I notice a 3 on the HP label, but cannot make out if it is 3% or not. Can you tell me exactly which one you drink and how much to start with, etc? Also, do you know if HP injections, or drinking HP has a positive effect on a chronic viral infection? I am being re-tested today or tomorrow to see if what my Naturopath saw in my blood work (very low white blood cell count and markings of a chronic viral infection) are a true reading or not. Any advice, I am grateful for.
The peroxide thing is new to me actually, Gil Jacobs recommended it as someone who flies a lot as it pulls excess gas pressure out of the body. I bought a bottle of 3% and am putting an ounce in 2 quarts of water. I’d start out slower than that though, it’s pretty intense. I did two ounces one day and got pretty nauseous, there are all sorts of recommendations for dosage out there. I’m taking that amount daily just for the first bottle and then going to twice a week as a regular practice (at least as long as I have this job).
Thank you Rande! I was able to ask this question last night of Natalia on the live Q&A, thankfully. She said IV therapy for chronic viral infections and at least 10 treatments. The drinking of it sounds interesting too. I hope you are feeling better as a result of Gil Jacobs’ recommendation.
oooh those eggplant pizzas look outrageous! yum!!
Nice looking eats going on! That peroxide intrigues me. I’ve never hear of using it in a detox before.
Oh, remember when you posted forever ago about your wine floats? Tried it and LOVED it. Thanks for the inspiration!
So glad you liked them, I’d really like to try a white wine version too
Those eggplant pizzas look amazing, can’t wait for the recipe!
I get my food grade peroxide at Vitaglo.com. I didn’t know you could drink it though! I’d love to hear more about that… I use it in enemas and I’ve been wondering about other uses. I’d really like to try the IV infusions someday.
