What I Ate Wednesday

A day of delicious eats:

a couple cups of tangerine tea with stevia.

20 oz cucumber/romaine/ginger/jalapeo/lime juice with stevia

A massive blenderfull of Natalia Rose’s Classic Green Milkshake from the Detox Community (basically spinach, sprouts, coconut water, carob, bananas and stevia)

carrot sticks for snacking

salad with homemade sauerkraut, red leaf lettuce, raw corn, cherry tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts, coocnut aminos, and Hemp Butter Hummus (recipe to come).

I made a batch of Ana’s Icy Chocolate Bon Bons (with a Lily’s Almond bar) and they were so delicious I ate half before remembering to take a picture!
