
Ingredients:
1 cup carrot juice
1 cup unsweetened nut milk
1 dropperful Nunaturals stevia
1 dropperful NuNaturals vanilla stevia
pinch of pumpkin pie spice
Bring nut milk to a boil in a small pot on the stove. Pour into a 16 oz mug, add stevia and pumpkin pie spice and stir. Add carrot juice and stir again.

Does the heat in the water hurt the nutrients in the juice?
It’s not perfectly ideal but it’s certainly not as harmful as pasteurizing. I figure, I’m juicing 365 (ok maybe 362-ish) day’s a year, if something like this once in a while keeps me going and keeps me excited about juice then all the better!
