A few of the treats I made this week and a couple of fun discoveries!

Curly Sweet Potato Fries from Purely Twins. Mine weren’t nearly this pretty but they were definitely tasty tossed into an avocado salad!

I made a batch of Chocolate Covered Katie’s Rice Krispy Treat Ghosts for a couple of guests on Halloween. We dressed up in our costumes to stay IN and watched the Adams Family

I LOVE discovering new holiday teas and this Peppermint Chocolate Rooibos was my treat on Halloween along with a few squares of very dark chocolate- a great combo!

Oh I’m SO excited to talk about my new project! I’ve been on the detox path for several years now but I’ve gotten inspired recently to really work on getting fit! I have a lot of thoughts on this that I look forward to sharing. I’ve started Tracy Anderson’s Metamorphosis program- it’s a 90 day adventure that I’m 12 days in to.
And finally, Ana and Natalia have put out a couple of fantastic recordings on Youtube, if you haven’t seen them already, definitely have a listen!

You’ll have to let me know how you like the Tracy Anderson workouts! They’re currently collecting dust on my shelf… maybe you’ll motivate me to give them another shot!
And, now I want to go buy that tea. It sounds so good for a chilly night!
I’m definitely still in the beginning stages but I definitely plan on updating! Did you do the Metamorphosis program?
Thanks so much for sharing all of this! The Ana & Natalia recording was especially timely for me today. BTW – I did really enjoy your hearts of palm salad – I even had some leftovers for breakfast.
Awesome, thanks for telling me and I LOVE that you ate it for breakfast
