Cherimoya Ranch Dressing

Cherimoya Ranch Dressing

Salad dressings on 80/10/10 have been a challenge, especially savory ones without overt fats on days when I don’t want the extra heaviness in my dinner meal. This has been one of my favorite discoveries so far!

Ingredients:

1 very ripe cherimoya, peeled and seeded
juice of 2 lemons
2 dates, pitted
1 clove garlic
1 shallot
2 Tbsp basil
2 Tbsp dill
2 Tbsp pasrley

Blend until creamy.

What is a cherimoya? And where do you get it?

    • It’s at amazing fruit I just discovered that tastes like yogurt to me! I found it in an international foods store. The only way I can think to describe it is like a cross between a pear and an avocado.

  2. Tis is a dressing I´ll try to make, thanks for sharing!
