I love any comfort food that includes kale. I kept my version of this on the chunky side but you can puree it to your hearts content and add more or less kale as desired. I made Britney’s version creamier with organic butter my mine was also super delicious without.
4 big white potatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp organic butter (optional)
4 leaves of kale, de-stemmed and sliced thin
a few drops of liquid smoke or a small scoop of mesquite powder
sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Chop freshly baked potatoes into food processor, add garlic and butter, and pulse until well combined and chunky. Stir in kale and seasonings to taste.
